GENERAL OVERVIEW
Over the many years of my construction experience, I am familiar with all aspects of residential home building. In handling construction disputes, mediators and arbitrators must have an in depth knowledge of the construction-related claims of the parties and the proper method of construction related to those claims. My hands-on construction experience is invaluable to anyone who has the responsibility to address construction disputes including construction defects, contract issues, etc.
Over the years, I have been involved in many construction contracts from sales to construction documents such as materials specifications. My knowledge of all aspects of construction contracts makes me more than qualified to handle construction contract-related disputes.
